1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the CelticVoice website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, including users who browse, read guides, submit forms, or otherwise interact with the Site.

Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

2. Service description and scope

CelticVoice is a modern textile and comfort lifestyle education platform. We publish beginner-friendly materials that explain cotton and natural fabrics, textile care and maintenance practices, and calm home comfort styling concepts for bathrooms, bedrooms, and everyday living spaces. Content may include articles, checklists, workshop descriptions, and educational resources.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. We do not provide professional appliance repair advice, chemical safety certification, medical guidance, or product guarantees. Outcomes can vary depending on fabric composition, dyes, local water hardness, detergents, washing machines, tumble dryers, ventilation, and storage conditions. You are responsible for using good judgement, following care labels, and testing new routines appropriately.

Some features may allow you to submit a workshop interest request. When you submit a form, we use the information to respond to your inquiry and, where requested, to share relevant workshop details. The form is not intended for emergencies or time-critical matters.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are secure and that you take reasonable precautions when browsing online.

  • You will provide accurate information when submitting a form and will not submit information that you do not have the right to share.
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • You will not attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or systems without authorisation.
